The foliage line moves south across the peninsula over roughly one month: Seoraksan peaks from late September to mid-October, while Naejangsan peaks from late October to early November — a gap wide enough to visit both in a single autumn.
Seoraksan (Sokcho, Goseong, Inje in Gangwon)
