Ulsan Daewangam Park brings East Sea cliffs, a pine forest, Ulgi Lighthouse, and a maritime suspension bridge together in one free attraction. The park grounds are open 24 hours, and the site works especially well as a half-day stop between Busan and Gyeongju.

Location, hours, and admission
The address is 95 Deungdae-ro, Dong-gu, Ulsan, and the park office number is +82-52-209-3738. Admission to the park, bridge, and lighthouse is free. The bridge normally operates from 09:00 to 18:00, with last entry at 17:40. It closes on the second Tuesday of each month and may close during strong winds, heavy rain, typhoons, sea fog, or other weather warnings. Ulgi Lighthouse operates from 09:00 to 18:00 between April and September, and from 09:00 to 17:00 between October and March. Recheck same-day conditions before traveling.
The 303-meter sea bridge
The park's signature attraction is a towerless suspension bridge measuring 303 meters long and 1.5 meters wide. The middle of the bridge gives an unobstructed view of the East Sea cliffs and rock formations. Pets are not permitted, and wheelchairs and strollers cannot cross, so travelers who need an accessible route should confirm alternatives with the park office.

Choose a route by available time
- For about two hours, walk from the parking area to the suspension bridge and return via the coastal path.
- With three to four hours, combine the pine forest, Ulgi Lighthouse, Daewangam Rock and Daewang Bridge, the suspension bridge, and the coastal path.
- With four to five hours, add nearby Ilsan Beach after exploring the park.
The four main walks are the approximately 1.8 km coastal path, 2.5 km Legend Rock Trail, 2.0 km Pine Forest Trail, and 3.6 km Four Seasons Trail. Choose the shaded pine route in hot weather or the coastal route when cliffs and viewpoints are your priority.
Parking notes
The source guide lists parking operations from 10:00 to 19:00. Weekdays include two free hours; weekends and public holidays include 20 free minutes, followed by KRW 200 per 10 minutes. Hours and fees can change, so follow the signs displayed on site.
Quick summary
For a compact free visit, pair the suspension bridge with the coastal path. Add the lighthouse and pine forest when you have more time. The most important checks are the 17:40 last bridge entry, the monthly closure, and same-day weather restrictions.
