Where do I find the deadline and file format for an immigration document request?
I filed an application through the immigration e-government service from Wonju and received a notice asking for additional documents. I cannot locate where the submission deadline and the accepted file formats are shown on the application screen. How do I confirm the upload registered properly, and who do I contact if I cannot obtain a document in time?

Log in to HiKorea and open the application status screen under the electronic civil service menu — the deadline, the reason, and the contact details are all shown there when you click the case.
The same notice is also sent to the mobile number or email you entered when applying, so check there too, including your spam folder.
The accepted file formats are listed in the attachment section of that same supplementary request screen. Typically PDF or JPG, with limits on both file size and the number of files. When scanning, use colour at around 300 dpi and make sure all four corners of the document are inside the frame — most repeat rejections come from cropped or unreadable scans. If the document was issued outside Korea, an apostille or consular confirmation plus a Korean translation is frequently required, so read the wording of the request closely rather than assuming a scan is enough.
After uploading, return to the same status screen and confirm that the state has moved from supplementary request to received or under review. If the upload appears to have worked but the status has not changed, it may not have registered properly, so call the office handling your case. For Wonju, that is the Wonju branch of the Chuncheon Immigration Office.
If you cannot obtain a document within the deadline, contact them before it expires — this matters more than anything else here. Explaining that a document from your home country is taking time will often get the deadline extended. Letting it lapse without contact results in refusal or return of the application, meaning you start over, which becomes serious if your period of stay is short. General enquiries go to the 1345 immigration contact centre in several languages, but only the office handling your case can discuss its specifics.
