How do I get a driver's license in Korea?

Getting a Korean driver license involves three steps. First you take a written test, then a driving course, and finally a road test. You can take the written test in English at most testing centers. The questions cover traffic laws, road signs, and basic driving knowledge, and you need to score 60 out of 100 to pass. There are about 1,000 questions in the question bank but only 40 appear on each test. After passing the written test, you do a mandatory driving education course which takes about 6 hours for a regular license. Then you take the road test at the testing center.
