Pohang Space Walk is a walkable sculpture on a hill in Hwanho Park overlooking Yeongil Bay. With a 333m track and 717 steps, it lights up right after sunset into a 'future city over the sea' and is a favorite night-view spot.

- Location: 30 Hwanho Park-gil, Buk-gu, Pohang; free admission
- Summer (Apr to Oct) weekdays 10:00 to 20:00 (holidays to 21:00); winter (Nov to Mar) weekdays to 17:00 (holidays to 18:00)
- Closed the first Monday each month, capped at 150 visitors at once, and no entry under 110cm tall
- Entry auto-closes in rain or wind of 8m/s or more, so check the weather before you go
Magic hour is key
The best window is the 30 minutes right after sunset (blue hour). When 100% lighting comes on against a deep navy sky, afterglow and night view overlap for dimensional photos. That's usually 19:30 to 20:30 in summer and 17:30 to 18:30 in winter, and lines form 30 to 40 minutes before sunset on weekends and holidays.

Photo tips
Use a tripod with low ISO and a long shutter to capture the light lines cleanly. There are many stairs, so wear comfortable shoes, and since it's a windy hilltop that can close on short notice, leave some buffer in your plan.
