I keep missing deliveries while I'm out during the day — any way around this?
Nobody is home on weekdays because of work, so I miss parcels and there is no front desk to hold them. I've seen unmanned parcel lockers around but I'm not sure if foreigners can register and use them. I'd appreciate advice on convenience-store pickup or any safe way to receive packages when I'm not home.

Hey, I had the exact same problem when I started here. Most apartment buildings have unmanned parcel lockers (무인택배함) and foreigners can use them with no registration — just tell the courier your unit number, or add a delivery note asking them to leave it in the locker. If your place doesn't have one, almost every order lets you choose convenience-store pickup at GS25 or CU, and they hold it for several days; you just show the pickup code on your phone. Coupang also leaves a photo of where they dropped it, which gives peace of mind when you're out.
