My health insurance bill still goes to my old dormitory — where do I change it?
I moved out of my university dormitory in Incheon three months ago but the National Health Insurance bill is still posted to that address, so I only see it when a former housemate forwards it. Do I update this with the insurance service directly, or does reporting my new address to immigration carry over automatically?

No, updating your address with immigration does not automatically move your health insurance post. Report it to the National Health Insurance Service separately.
Start by confirming that your new address was actually reported to immigration and is reflected in your alien registration record. That report is required within 14 days of moving in, and it is the basis everything else reads from. Then contact the insurance service yourself and ask two things: whether the new address has been applied, and whether they can reissue the bill you never received.
You can do this by visiting a nearby NHIS branch with your alien registration card and something showing the new address, or by phone. The main line is 1577-1000, and there is a foreign language counselling line on 033-811-2000.
To check whether anything is unpaid, log in to the personal services section of the National Health Insurance website, or use the integrated social insurance collection portal, both of which show the amount due and the payment deadline after identity verification. If phone counselling is easier, the branch can read the same information to you.
One thing worth being clear about: not receiving a bill does not cancel the charge. Arrears continue to accumulate at the address on file, so ask specifically whether anything is overdue and, if it is, how to pay it now. Depending on your enrolment type and how your address is linked, the handling can differ, so confirm your own case rather than relying on a general answer.
