I suffer from allergies and/or asthma and I am living in Korea. How do I get treatment, what medications are available, and how does the Korean healthcare system handle these conditions?

See an ENT (이비인후과), an allergy clinic (알레르기내과), or a pulmonology clinic (호흡기내과); NHIS covers visits and many medications with a small co-pay. Inhalers and stronger allergy meds are available by prescription, while some antihistamines are over the counter at pharmacies. Spring brings pollen and fine dust, so check the AirKorea app and wear a KF94 mask on bad days.
