I took my dog to a training class in Seoul and it made a big difference. You'll find dog training (반려견 훈련소) and positive-reinforcement classes in most cities, and larger pet hospitals and franchises like some near Gangnam and Bundang offer group or one-on-one sessions. English-speaking trainers exist but are limited, mostly in Seoul and expat-heavy areas, so ask on foreigner community groups for referrals. Most reputable trainers now use reward-based (positive reinforcement) methods rather than dominance-style training. Rates run around 30,000 to 60,000 won per session.
