I miss food from home and need specific ingredients for cooking Western, Indian, Mexican, and other international dishes. Where can I find imported food in Korea? Are there specialty stores for different cuisines?

Seoul has become much better for international groceries in the past few years. Here are the main options sorted by cuisine.
General imported goods. Costco (multiple locations) is the gold standard for bulk Western groceries, snacks, cheese, and meat. Membership required. SSG Foodmarket in Apgujeong has high-end European cheese, wine, and bakery items. Emart Traders is a cheaper warehouse-style alternative. Department store basement food halls (Shinsegae, Lotte) also stock imports.
Indian. The Foreign Food Mart in Itaewon and the Indian Bazaar near Sinchon stock spices, lentils, ghee, paneer, and snacks. The Coupang Rocket Fresh app also delivers most Indian staples nationwide.
Mexican and Latin. High Street Market in Itaewon is the main brick-and-mortar source for tortillas, salsas, and beans. Coupang has expanded its Mexican selection significantly. Pancho Villa in Itaewon also sells some.
Middle Eastern. Halal Food Market in Itaewon, plus various halal butchers near the Seoul Central Mosque, cover Arabic and Middle Eastern needs.
Southeast Asian. Foreign worker markets near Ansan (Multicultural Street) and Itaewon have Vietnamese, Filipino, Thai, and Indonesian ingredients. iHerb and Amazon Global delivery also work for hard-to-find pantry items.
